After 5 days of no movement, I wasn't real excited about the cinematic quality or pace of this one... but we did it! Maddison was there? Recently? Or was she born there (as the other girls are pregnant)? I am sure more good stuff is to come....
oh man does this mean it is over? :( I don't want it to be over. it was just like "..." to me. I'm glad we got the girls and maddison is safe now but now what? thats how i feel :(
I think all the actors were good in this one, but especially Faye in the last part.
Even though we moved slowly toward communicating with Abby, in part because we took that "wait to send" so seriously and didn't want to waste pigeons, I think our suggestions to send a GPS equipped pigeon early on probably helped bring about this result, along with the Texas grit of Detective Sloane, and Abby's clever use of the birds in the first place. The birds must be important to Abby's work somehow, and she pretended they were sick as an excuse to get to the vet, and thus get them to Maddison. Why Maddison? In part in order to warn Maddison and save her too, but maybe there's more to the story than that. I still think there may be a connection between Abby and Maddison's mom from the past.
I'm sure we all have a lot of questions, but I'm waiting to see what that letter has to say and to hear more from Maddison and Adam before asking too many things which may be answered right away.
It may or may not be over. It could be, we got the girls, the kids will be fine, and we explain everything, the end. Or there still could be a mystery about why they are doing it, and what to do about it, if the police cant do anything. It depends on the road they want to go.
Did the last paragraph in Abby's letter imply that Maddison had once been at the facility? "I've erased all record of you..." Why is there a record to begin with?
I definitely think that it's not over yet. We still need to figure out what's up with this "thought-planting" serum, the ports in the backs, the babies... and how it all relates to Maddison and possibly her mother. Plus, of course, Maddison and Adam still have to hook up. :-)
I think from an OOG perspective, its pretty much over -- at least this part. This was a limited-time summer project while everyone could work on it full time... I'm sure they'll be more of an "ending" to this chapter than just this video... and there may be more to come... but I think this full-time style of interaction will come to a close.
Yes, it seems Maddison was on of the girls who got sick and had to be roused and released that Abby talked about in one of the letters. Those girls are eventually executed and put in a mass grave, so Maddison was saved from being brought back in. The thing is if she was gone for a any period of time how did they cover for it? Maddison said she was gone for one day, so either they determined quickly they couldn't use her and sent her out or they had her for awhile and had to set up a false reality for her to go back to using thought planting. You would think a real family... her father... would know she had been gone. What does her Dad know? If he's her real dad, where does he think she was, NY? Was Casey part of a setup to make her planned disapperance explainable? Is her real family somewhere else? If Dad isnt' her real dad, why did he help and hire a detective? So many questions still... I would think there will be at least one more vlog coming from Maddison.
