As it currently stands, no. The requirement is to have the total number of letters in this note to be divisible by 5 and that is not the case right now. The blacked out part could change this. However, the typeface is too regular/unvarying for it to be a Baconian cipher that I am willing to devote hours to decoding. Pretty much all of the letters in the last paragraph are the same size/baseline/etc., making it near impossible to say what would be an "a" letter and what would be a "b" letter.

I so didn't want to be right about the whole captive girls being pregnant thing....
Also...thought controling serum? Is that the fluid that Abby was talking about before? They want Maddison to test her for ESP? what the hell?

My new theory is that Abby is using ESP to make Maddison and Adam crave red snow cones while feeling sad about their relationship break-ups on couches.

Jeez, the "I must be two different people" is really sticking out to me. Just making things up on the fly, but what if Abby and Thomas are really one and the same, and their "correspondence" is just a convenient facade for transmitting coded messages to Maddison?

Early on, we noticed that the handwritting (letters, numbers, etc) matches on the postcards and letters. If Abby is writing both and sending them to Thomas, she would have to know where he is going to hide the drops, which seems unlikely. However, this could simply be an OOG oversight, and not an IG clue.

If Abby and Thomas are the same person then who would be writing (in a different handwriting) a threat to halt their correspondence and leave Abby to her insanity?
It could be that Abby is herself under the control of thought planting serum -- one that could cause her to continue working for these "bad guys" without consciously objecting to it. If this is the case, it seems like the thought planting serum wears off almost daily, as she seems to revert back to a person with understandably terrifying thoughts/feelings at night.

There's no way to know until we find it, but I have a feeling we are missing something in the Dallas Drop letter related to the word SANE (underlined twice). Maybe there is still something encoded and that is the keyword.
I tried googling SANE and Cipher together again and didn't find anything, so I tried google mapping Sane, TX. I didn't find a place, but some of the listings that come up are hospitals or Registered Nurses (RN's) with other medical certifications after the RN. One of them is SANE or SANE-A which stands for Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. Given the messages about eight girls being captive, and now girls three months pregnant, maybe this is relevant.
