KelseyGirl15 came up with the idea to imput the numbers into a blank text message in the T9 word form (or predictive text) and she came up with this

With T9 being T9, there are other options, but this one does make the most sense

I got almost the same results (had the option of golf for the first word, closing a lid might make sense for the second line, and there was a break between the "my water" and the "pocket john" , and "pocket john" might be "rocket logo")

It's a quote from a book about when Chief Standing Bear’s Ponca Indian tribe was forcibly removed from their Nebraska homeland

I'm not sure how all this relates, but in that same book Krmurr points to on p. 146 it is talking about the Dred Scott case, which reached the Supreme Court in 1857. Standing Bear addressed the court 22 years later in 1879, after a related rights case had been decided.

On this page about the history of the First National Bank of Omaha, it has a timeline, and shows the founding date as 1857.

There may be something in the bank about the history, a statue or other piece of artwork, or a named room or hall or entrance or courtyard that somehow is indicated by the "I am a man" quotation.

In IRC TOSG found a lake in Omaha called Standing Bear Lake that is right off of union 507.

There are some interesting pages on wikipedia.

The "my water" after the quotation from Standing Bear from the 1879 trial might refer to the Niobrara River.
Standing Bear and some other Ponca indians had returned from Oklahoma (where they had been forced
to move from their home in the Niobrara River valley of Nebraska), in order to bury Standing Bear's son.
They were arrested, and that led to the trial.

I think the running theory in IRC now is that there could be a drop at Standing Bear Lake. Correct me if I'm wrong, but here seems to be the summed up theory:
hold your breath - its gonna smell
close the lid - something on the outside of a garbage can?
reach - reach for it
i am a man
the same god made us both - quote about Standing Bear
my water ... my waves ... ?
pocket john ... rocket logo ... ?
five zero seven - my water pocket join 507 - standing bear lake at Union 507

Sounds like a pretty solid theory. "Hold your Breath" and "Close the Lid" sounds like it might indicate a public restroom. It seems less likely, but "Hold your Breath" could also mean swimming underwater.

It's a bit odd that we have not connected to the Bank building that seemed to match the shape of the lines of code. Also, the word "pocket/rocket/socket" still seems odd to me (unless there is a clue in a pocket somehow, or "pocket john" refers to a small restroom??? or pocket goes with water as in "my water pocket"??? eh, all these seem a bit off)

Unless we can come up with something better, I would suggest someone check out that loop of 507, and maybe check out the bank building grounds, lobby, etc. if that falls through.

It feels like we are close, but with a couple of unexplained pieces.
